Every year the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce has held their Annual Meeting at Stabler Arena in Bethlehem.  The largest Chamber event of the year, the Annual Meeting draws around 1,000 attendees to see the Chamber awards distributed to deserving members of the Lehigh Valley business community.

TechniCom has provided all audio visual support for this event, including three giant screens for audience viewing, specialized lighting, video acceptance speeches, and customized music selections for both presenters and award recipients.

Every year the Phillies Caravan rolls into the Lehigh Valley with a fundraising banquet presented by The Air Products Foundation.  For the last several years it was held at Billera Hall on the DeSales University campus.  The new gym gets transformed into a Phillies fan’s dream destination, with a program featuring special Phillies guest speakers and a silent auction table jam-packed with rare sports memorabilia items up for bids.

The evening is dedicated to raising funds for Iron Pigs Charities, the arm of the Air Products Foundation committed to providing educational and recreational opportunities for Lehigh Valley youth. 

TechniCom has provided all audio visual support for these events.  Some of the services are a full sound system, large screen projection and image magnification of the evening’s speakers, along with full stage & décor lighting.  The silent auction tables are also illuminated by specialized lighting to enhance visual appeal and help raise money for this great cause.

Cigar Fest, sponsored by Cigars International, is held at Split Rock Resort in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.  This event features 40+ premium cigars, micro-brew samples, liquor samples, live bands, a delicious BBQ, and raffle prizes. This event has been sold out each year and last year was attended by more than 3,000 cigar aficionados. 

TechniCom has provided audio visual support for this event, including a live music stage sound system, stage lighting, and several strategically placed robotic cameras whose images are projected on large screens throughout the venue, both inside and outside.  

 

The Via All-Star Classic is an annual banquet hosted by Freedom High School, in Bethlehem, PA.  This event recognizes members of the Via All-Star teams, Players of the Year, Teams of the Year, and awards scholarships for student athletes and inducts members into the Lehigh Valley High School Basketball Hall of Fame.

Proceeds go to Via of the Lehigh Valley for their programs for children and adults with disabilities.  TechniCom is proud to be a sponsor every year and to provide audio visual support for this event, including two 14-foot wide rear projection screens, a Bose sound system suspended from the rafters, programmable moving lights, customized music selections during the program and transitioning color LED lighting.
