Freelance
Audio & Visual Technician
Location:
Allentown, Pennsylvania
Service
corporate and hotel clients with audio / visual rentals and
services. Equipment is loaded into small vans and delivered
to customer sites, set up and tested.
Sometimes
clients request the technician to stay and operate the equipment.
Pack up or pick up equipment and return to our shops. Other
duties may include permanent installation of audio and video equipment
using ladders and light construction tools.
Requirements:
-
Good
customer service skills.

Good
communications skills
-
Excellent driving record - driver's license number should be
on your resume
-
Basic
knowledge of audio and video equipment and aptitude in these
areas
-
Ability
to work any hours and on weekends if necessary
-
Basic
knowledge of computer operation
Helpful
experience:
-
Work at
other AV firms or corporate/school AV depts
-
Sales of
electronic equipment
-
Hotel /
banquet setup
-
Theatrical stage crew - lights or sound
